2. Products
All products sold on ClubFlags.eu are custom-manufactured.
All products are manufactured in Spain.
Due to the custom nature of our products, minor variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur. These variations do not constitute defects.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless expressly agreed in writing by Onyx Distribution Ltd.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Euro (€) unless stated otherwise.
Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice.
Full payment must be received before production of any order begins.
5. Delivery

5.2 Delivery Times
All delivery dates provided are estimates only.
Estimated delivery times are given in good faith but are not guaranteed.
Manufacturing and shipping times may vary due to production schedules, logistics providers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
5.3 No Guaranteed Delivery Dates
Onyx Distribution Ltd does not guarantee delivery dates under any circumstances.
Delivery delays do not entitle customers to refunds, compensation, or order cancellation.
We accept no liability for losses resulting from delayed delivery, including (but not limited to) missed matches, events, promotions, or deadlines.
5.4 Risk & Responsibility
Risk passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other third-party services.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom-manufactured nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted, except where items are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, supported by clear photographic evidence.
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in the claim being refused.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onyx Distribution Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the product concerned.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on ClubFlags.eu, including designs, images, logos, text, and graphics, is the property of Onyx Distribution Ltd or its licensors.
Unauthorised copying, reproduction, or use of any content is strictly prohibited.
9. Force Majeure
Onyx Distribution Ltd shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, supply chain disruptions, transport delays, or governmental actions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
